Ayurvedic tradition
Spices and recipes I learned from childhood near the Nepalese border.
Mitocha is not a chain and not a concept – it is a family story, cooked with recipes passed down over generations.
I grew up in the mountains near the Nepalese border – surrounded by the aromas of freshly cooked food, traditional spices and the art of ayurvedic cooking.
As a child I learned to cook authentic Nepali and Indian food using natural ingredients, ayurvedic spices and plenty of love.
Today I live in Nuremberg and bring this tradition to you – with dishes that are not only delicious but also nourishing for body and soul.
My goal: to bring you a genuine piece of home and joy on the plate – fresh, wholesome and cooked with all my heart.

Cooked fresh every day with natural ingredients – nothing from a can.
Food that is not only delicious but genuinely good for you.
A real piece of home and joy – brought to your plate.
